Accounts verse Projects

While accounts and project may seem similar with Language Monster, they provide different way separating ad grouping work.

Projects

Projects are normally to be used to separate different units of work within one organisation for example different applications or different business. Project sit under accounts and are taken into consideration for the billing of the parent account. In other term project are bill to the account they belong to.

Key and their terms, glossaries, screenshot, tags and platforms all belong to Projects.

Accounts

Accounts house collection of Projects and are segregated from other accounts. Separate accounts are best used where separate billing is needed or where there is a need to keep different units of work apart. For example you look after/work for different companies or you have your own project separate to your day to day job.
